Mike Friday's Analysis

Mike Friday, former Men's Head Coach for England 7s, USA 7s and Kenya 7s, analyses a selected play of the Final from each of the Series events in order to aid player and spectator understanding of the game. Mike is undoubtedly one of the most experienced and decorated rugby 7s coaches in the world and we are very lucky to have him involved in our Series.
